>>76956538People who aren't used to full body routines will develop tendonitis fairly fast, so be careful. I've been doing a pretty intense full body routine for the past year that I came up with myself. 9 exercises, 4 sets each. I pair exercises together as supersets to save time, besides the first exercise which is squat, since it's the most demanding one for me. I absolutely do not recommend you to start like that. What I recommend you to do is to bundle all the main exercises that you already do and just do them one after the other, two sets each till failure. If you still have energy in the end then you can start doing the same for less important exercises. Ideally you would need a session to experiment how much your body can handle, but since you might not have the time for that I recommend you to not push yourself too much. At worse you won't progress, but you won't injury yourself and you will feel refreshed when you come back to your usual routine.

>>76956538The most grueling you can usually make a fullbody workout is 3 sets of 2 compounds full rest then an accessory for every major muscle group. If you want to do more than that you'll probably need eat and get protein mid workout for it to be any good. How I would do it is 4 or 5 20-30 minute blocks for each major muscle group with like 10 minutes of rest between blocks to eat and get some electrolytes. If you're doing 4x6-8 on your main compound for a group that's conservatively 16 minutes with set ups and 2 minute rest between sets. Then you hit the individual heads of that group with accessories which are lower rest and probably just a couple sets of each of those taken to failure. Should be about 15 minutes. As for the blocks themselvesQuads and calves Pecs and tricepsLats and bicepsPosterior chainShoulders and absMarathon workouts really suck if you don't eat/relax during them even if it takes forever you're usually doing shit quality work after the second block so get comfy you're gonna be there a while.
