How much yoga can you do before you reach the point of diminishing returns?I want to stay healthy and flexible and pain-free.

>>76959200Yoga is crap. My wife has been doing yoga steadily for 20 years. She's less flexible than me, and she can't do a proper pushup, squat, or plank. She does have pretty good balance, and her cardio is great thanks to her absolutely beating the shit out if her spin bike twice a week. But yeah, I don't think the yoga is doing anything for her at all.

I'd you're doing yoga only about a year, however yoga + lifting is literally GOAT. Great active recovery, mobility gains, and a free teat boost from being the only dude in a roomful of scantily-clad women
