Are these minimal treadmills worth it or just a gimmick you'll just put in the closet?

i use mine when i binge watch Stargate - i'll watch it anyway, why not walk while I'm at it?

Those things usually arent fast enough as the full-sized ones.
Probably good on a budget, but for the price these things go for, it would be a better idea to spend that money and get a used treadmill that has a shit-ton more features

Its a mental thing, you'll use it more frequently if you have a decent amount of open space in your room or wherever you would want to have it.

I stopped using mine after a month or so because I have re-arrange my entire desk area to fit it in front of my tv. But when I did use it, I would watch a full movie or like 2 episodes of 24 while walking and it was pretty based

What more features does it need. You just need to walk. Running will fuck your shit up anyway

I work from home and keep a similar one under my computer desk so I can work and walk. it's pretty sweet. It really helps me stay focused during boring meetings and it's nice to get 10 miles in before I clock out.

This. Ever since I got desktop treadmill I get 10k steps pretty easily. Can game while walking at 3 mph. Good for managing bodyfat

By bosses daughter uses this at work. She’s making spread sheets while treadmiling

Pretty cool desu

I bought one and it was dogshit, waste of $200

You'll have to pay up on a quality one.

It's nice if you're trying to maintain a walking habit and live in some place with harsh weather. There's weeks here it's not about 10F and weeks where there's no 4 or 5 consecutive dry hours. I do my running outside or at the gym but these things are nice for balancing the book on calories if I just need 300-400 more in a day to make maintence and it's shit outside
