Can be as detailed as you want, but something hourly ideally. My life is a disorganized mess and need to build better daily habits.

If you don't have any aspirations, following some gay little schedule centered around journaling wins and going to happy hour is fine, but you're just gonna wind up being more meat for Mr. Shekelburg's grinder. That's not to say you can't be consistently highly productive, but a routine is going to exist and how optimal it is will vary day to day. You're gonna have days where you take on the whole world, work 12 hours straight and do all the gay little meditations and workouts your heart desires. And other days you're gonna be lucky to hide that you're watching Jewflix from your boss because you're mentally drained or had a fight with your girlfriend or some shit.Life is not a closed system like a game where you can min/max with the right strategy. And you're also not going to develop any kind of adequate strategy in a vacuum of just "lol im disorganized".Just do the following shit and focus on this for the next couple months:>write down all the goals you have>start eliminating those goals until you have your top goals, ideally only 3 but more than 5 of them>figure out actual reasonable time frames to accomplish those goals and estimate the amount of time needed for them - shouldn't exceed more than 2 hours a day>figure out when YOU have the consistent energy to do those itemsAnd I mean YOU. Not what the Jewberman podcast or some bacne riddled zoomer tells you is the most optimized time be putting your squat plug in based on the angle of the sunrise or some shit.You have finite time, energy, and resources. Don't aim for a perfect routine, aim for whatever gets you the most consistent.
