I’ve been hitting gym 5 days a week for the past 5 months. Picrel is progress so far. I look “decent” from the front but not so through the side. I’ve been trying to loose skinny fat and make abs stand out. I’m >6’2”>75kg>23 yoI try to take at least 100-110 gram of protein a day. I’m also on a slight calorie deficit (-200 BMI). I speculate some of my proteins is being burnt for calories (idk if it’s true). What is the realistic way to loose to belly fat, I know I can’t make my body loose fat in a particular region.>inb4 racismyes i’m brown, no shit.
>>76960537Fix your posture and hold your belly in. I look similar when I'm relaxed but posture has been a lifesaver
>>76960544I’ve got this advice a few times as well. I have anterior pelvic tilt (probably because I’ve been walking with my toe all my life - I’m also a fast walker). Idk what I can do about it (youtube suggests exercises like leg raises and some stretching - honestly not sure if they’d work).
Brown ahahahahaPoo poo, smellyyyyy, ew stinky! Poppy poo! Hahaha ha! Brown! Peeeee-yew, ugly brown!! Gross, stinky brown boy!! Ahahahaha
>>76960534>What is the realistic way to loose to belly fatCompound lifts. Get strong as fuck in them. This will build muscle, boost your metabolism and your belly fat will shrink. I understand your build. Getting stronger is how you will improve it.Remember to prioritize sleep and keep eating the same amount of protein that you described.>>76960553Don't worry about posture. It's mostly due to lack of muscle. Build more muscle and do your compound lifts with proper form. You're posture will fix on its own.
jesus christ so the rumors ARE true
