My sleep quality is really bad.
I've been recovering from a compressed nerve so I haven't been able to work out the past few weeks...

It's not sleep apnea (I got tested). It's not the nerve waking me up.
It's just BAD quality sleep.
I need advice on how I can force my sleep to be more restful

Don’t look at any screens past 8pm. Also go lay down for bed at the same time every day. It’s what worked for me. I also bought black out curtains and a sound machine for white noise.

You got the lab study not the home one? If its the former than record yourself with a IR camera at night: you might be mouthbreathing

You could tape it but it doesn't fix the problem if your nose is clogged. Just go do some exams at the ENT
