Training for strength has to be training for reps and hypertrophy long term. Yes, most of us need bigger muscles to get more strength.
>>76962026Higher rep ranges increase muscle size through increased muscle glycogen and increased sarcoplasm more than they do increased muscle fiber cross section. Dropping reps down will increase fiber cross section, but your muscles will partially “deflate” once they realize they don’t need to hold so much shit to be able to keep up with the higher rep ranges anymore.

>>76962026Didnt read, you got any more dog pics? They look like a nice dog.
>>76962026Just do both, either by adding pump accessories or finishers to the strength routine, alternating strength and volume per exercise, or adding an exclusive pump day
