Multivitamins BTFO
nah
>>76962707This guy is a fucking chiropractor why would you care about anything he says?
>>76962707I buy Jay Cutler's safeguard brand, it's basically everything this dude says in this video.
Yes they're a scam. If you're not deficient in a vitamin or mineral it does jack shit for you and the risks of contamination are always there. Excesses of certain vitamins/minerals can be harmful, even water soluble vitamins that are """harmless""" in excess. A low dose of everything multi + extra zinc/magnesium/D/etc. is the only sane choice if you must take something.
>>76962752Overdosing on vitamins is a meme unless you take absurd amounts
I take 2 fish oil caps and a once daily whatever multivitamin in the morning, at night I take another 2 fish oil caps with a combo k3 and d2 vitamin plus a magnesium tab.Anything else I should add? If my wife and kids liked fish I'd just eat more fish but unless it's a frozen fish stick they ant eating it.
I never noticed a difference with l citraline, l theanine, araganime, creatine ect ect...But i feel a difference if i take my iron multivitamin and i feel a difference if i take a b complex vitamin.
>>76962707OH WOW, SO ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD IS UNHEALTHY????????? WHO COULD HAVE FORESEEN THIS????????
>God given multivitamin in abundance, no risk of contamination unless you eat a diseased animal, bioavailable unlike the sugar pill garbage polarized molecules extracted with heavy metals>No risk of overdose since the water soluble molecules excess gets flushed by your liver anyways, fat soluble ones excess is stored for potential carence later use. Complication only observed with polar bear and seal liver, probably due to mercury contamination not really vit a itself>Tasty and versatile>Macros to price ratio even better than muscle meat while also having good microsYet you still fall for thr sugar pills jew.
>>76962771I do the same as you with creatine, zinc, and l arginine.
>>76962707So-called "Dr." (((Berg))) is a big scam who constantly tells you a bunch of literally proven healthy shit will kill you with clickb8 titles.>>76962752Taking more vitamin C than required (but under a gram a day) increases athletic performance. There are other various benefits to going over the RDAs for other nutrients, too.The contamination risks are generally worth it unless we're talking shit like shill-a-jeet. Just get decent supplement brands, and buy your own damn GC-MS machine if you're such an f'n schizo about drug QA, kek.>still barely 2025
>>76962830I got a zinc in my vitamin. Was thinking about arginine
>>76962832Post physique or at least a picture of your supplements (you wont because you dont take anything and dont even lift)
>>76962752A multivitamin is helpful when you’re on a high-protein diet and cutting. From meat alone, you get barely any micronutrients, and that can seriously fuck you up. It happened to me after six months of cutting, I was deficient in almost every vitamin and felt like I was dying. Such a fucked up feeling, never again.
>>76962707>kidney stones in a bottleI can't believe people pay for these.
>>76963145How much water you drinking each day big dogg?
>>76962707Any time I add supplements to my "diet" I get the runs. I just blast whole foods. Even whey protien gives me the runs and it doesnt even have many ingredients listed.
I sell women's multivitamins, would anybody like to buy some?
>>76963158Enough that my piss isn't yellow.
>>76963229Felt the same until i started to take a multivitamins and realize im not even drinking a half gallon a day because my piss turned neom. Imagine having a skill issue with taking a vitamin
>>76962752I'd appreciate if you could provide me with your personal definition of scam because your post makes no sense with the actual definition.
>>76963145Show me any documented case in any scientific literature or medical literature anywhere where any single person has gotten kidney stones that resulted demonstrably from multivitamin consumption.
>>76962752most people have deficiencies unless they have very well-balanced diets and eat a ton of fortified foods.
>>76963334They are literally kidney stones that you swallow, buddy. Get your nutrition from foods, not pressed pills.
>>76963352Iron deficiency is a big one. 1 in 3 americans are deficient.
why are these youtube fomo vids telling me everything I do is wrong
>>76963325scam means the product does nothing when people think it will do something. You buy vitamins hoping for better health but in reality nothing will change.
>>76962707Dr (((Berg)))
I just bought some multivitamins because of this thread. Doing the opposite of what these YouTube Jews say is a surefire way to live a long and healthy life. Also, isn’t this loser a chiropractor?
>>76962707Anytime I see a thread starting with "BTFO" in it I automatically assume OP's claim is fucking bullshit.
>>76962707i took berberine because of that faggot and it destroyed my stomach and it gave me kidney stones cuz my kidney stopped working properly for a week
>>76962752Well of course what with all the vitamin overdose deaths we hear about on the news. What an excellent point you make.
>>76963360>no proof for outlandish claimConcession accepted
>>76963380Okay, so the way in which you used scam conforms to neither the actual definition nor your personal definition.
>>76963542You can do your own sourcing, Reddit faggot. Plenty of literature out there.Multi vitamins obviously cause kidney stones.
>>76963570Not sure why you're replying again. I've already accepted your concession. Next time, actually have evidence for your claims.
>>76963572I'm replying because you are being a queer. I accept your admission that you're too fucking stupid to use a search engine. Consider taking a whole bottle of your pills tonight. Set a reminder to refill your Truvada script, too, you absolute Reddit tier faggot.
>>76963582OK man, sure thing. You have a good one.
>>76962824What organ is good to make jerky out of? Hearts? Beef only?
