What's the best exercise for ABS gains?

I like to do decline sit ups followed by knee raises. Kinda fat rn but you can see my abs. Slightly more definition on my ride side. How do i fix this?
leg raises and a static hold like plank or tucked front lever are all you need

>>76963001Do your sit ups with a water weight. Water will rush to whichever side is weaker and it should normalize over time.
