Since childhood, I was an ox as far as strength goes. Stopped growing at a manlet tier 5'10 in my soph year of high school. Played noseguard because I was strong enough to do so, and make all state, at 185 lbs. I had almost no fat and was the meanest strongest sum bitch on the field at all times, and never lifted.

Now I am older and at 235 started doing a crash diet which worked well for the first 15 lbs. But since then, I have plateaued at about 222 lbs give or take a pound and I eat like 500-900 calories a day and drink another 400 or so. There are stretches where I can get to 219 if I am dehydrated but immediately after weighing myself in the morning I am back up to 224.

I do not work out. But here's the thing. Even though my weight is staying the same, my belt notches are continuing to go down. The only logical thing I can think of is my body might have a homeostasis of "need to be at least this strong" so it is just turning my fat into muscle. Is this possible? Or what the hell is going on???

That is only applicable to jeets and other asians. When I was 185 I was very lean. No possible way for me to get to 170 without looking emaciated. pic related was 190 lbs

OP is special and instead of just reading the sticky he has to make long confusing posts about how to work with his super special unique body
I don't know OP. It's a medical mystery. I'm sure a team of scientists and doctors would pay you handsomely to marvel at your unique self
