Give a brief /fit related update on your current statusFor me? Doing a low dose anavar cycle, lookin good, getting nice pumps and a little strength boost. Anavar seems to be a lot chiller than doing 500mg test a week or a test tren mast thing like I've done in the past. I am getting nice mires at the gym from ze lay d's and have come to terms with the idea of not trying to get huge, but just look good generally. I'm a little depressed after using the dating app hinge. I get a lot of matches or likes from good looking ladies but they lack personality and refuse to talk in a fun manner. This has sent me into a spiral thinking maybe I'm the problem, but nevertheless I move forward believing a good looking chick with the ability to speak is in the world. I have gotten good results doing penis exercises. Mostly clamping with a fenrir, and pumping with a smarttract. Having a porn star size PP does give confidence but it was a 2 year-ish journey to get to this point. I'd go to ems school and start applying for fire departments. Chcisk dig firefighters, and you got the bros at the firehouse to hang with. Probably not what you want to hear but good cardio to get your foot in the door, and joining a fire department at this point would set you up to lock down a lady.
>>76970749I do mostly stairmaster and hack squat machine for legs (tom platz form on the hack squat) mine are toned, not huge but not bad. The problem with legs is doing heavy deads and squats is fun for a while but the potential for injury makes it not worth it in the long run.
