i did strict diet for +2 moths before christmas, relapsed and been eating by feeling now, working out heavy, but only 2 sets per move. upright rows really made difference to my shoulders. 190cm/80kg

Two days of calisthenics (push-pull split) and one day of push+pull (full torso) at the gym.
My gym day is pretty basic: two exercises of pulling, two of pushing, one for shoulders and one superset of biceps and triceps to finish off. Can go into more detail if you’re interested.

i'm a dyel but i discovered that i had poor mind muscle connection and wasn't actually feeling the contraction.
i especially couldn't feel my front delts.
i spent the last couple of months builidng up front delt mind muscle connection and it's still not good enough. can't feel it contract during front raises but i can feel it during OHP now.
no size gains. maybe because i'm on a diet and not hitting my protein goals.

Train your shoulders more. Mind-muscle connection and tweaking technique until you really feel it in the right muscles can be very useful, but I find that the best to grow a lagging muscle group is just to smash it with volume. Some variety is helpful too. Have you tried doing 20-30 sets of lateral raises (dumbbell, cable, machine) a week? Are you going to failure each time? Are you going beyond failure? I love myo-rep matching on lateral raises, but standard stuff like drop-set is also very effective. You delts can recover from more than 9 sets of week. Don't double your volume overnight tho, it's best to lean into it progressively.

I've never figured out how to do BB OHP without fucking my upper back, so I've been replacing it with front/side/rear isos because I can get more volume on each muscle, even at the time cost of 3x the sets. But if ohp is what you're doing, I can't argue with the results.

8 and a half months of lifting. Started at 60kg. Now im 68.8kg 176cm. Didnt really gain alot of fat.

Still lean bulking but theres always a voice in my head telling me to lose a few kg and get leaner. I have a bit of fat on my stomach that's not that visible in the photo. Still feeling better than when i started tho
