This was yesterdays post. just got back from the gym. I will have an update today after I train in the afternoon. Todays training was fine though. Added back in the assault bike hiit. Max HR is going up. I think the bike and zone 2 is better for my BP and jump rope better for max hr.

No training today but some stretching and light mobility work with some dumbbells. BP is down a little, RHR is a little lower. Back to training tomorrow. Also, going to drop my creatine entirely because that was causing some water retention. Should be better although not 100% out of the woods yet. I don't want to go on BP meds because I can't figure out how much potassium I can have and its hard to find the information. Its basically vague guidelines because your kidneys will hold onto more potassium so they just tell you not to use any potassium supplements, get more bloodwork done, and I guess not eat too many bananas. I track all my food so I know almost the exact amount of potassium I get. Going to pick back up the bike and see where we are at. I check my BP 2x/day so if it gets too crazy again I will pull back.

Today was not bad. Bench needs some work still. The 5 sec iso into the pins is really nice though. Would recommend for warming up. I have it set so the bar is just off my chest when it hits the pins. Its less than two inches but I have not measured. You just press as hard as you can and you can even play with your positioning a little bit. Resuming shitty gymnastics as well as bodybuilding posing. I think there is something to the contraction work after reading an old strongman book, but can't trust the lazy bbers to do it right. Got bloodwork done and my kidneys were fucking up again. Probably the highest reading I have gotten at 1.8 which explains the high bp and heart rate. Have to take a few more days off lifting, but I will do some light shitty gymnastics and bb posing. The bb posing is the only "isolation" work I really enjoy doing. Posing is actually pretty hard and I am bad at it right now.

Got back from the gym earlier.

Training was fine overall. Nothing notable to report. BP was acceptable before and after the session and RHR was steady this morning, so I went ahead and trained but kept things controlled. Still avoiding pushing intensity too hard until bloodwork is fully normal again.

Kept conditioning easy. Short Zone 2 bike after lifting. Still feels like the least disruptive option from a BP standpoint. No jump rope today. I’ll reassess later in the week.

Creatine is still out. Weight continues to come down slightly and I’m holding less water. Diet unchanged otherwise. Still tracking everything. Potassium intake is consistent and coming only from food.

No issues during the session. Recovery feels fine. Plan is to train again tomorrow if morning readings look the same. If not, I’ll pull back and keep it light again.

Nothing today but some stretching. Should do some light cardio tomorrow. RHR and BP still coming down. Should resume lifting early next week. Should be able to sneak some posing then gymnastics in before lifting. I found another few reasons to try using machines yet again, but I will probably hold off until April or so. Too much stuff I'm messing around with right now.

Have bloodwork scheduled for early next week. Did not do much today, just some contraction work and stretching. The book was Muscle Control by Maxick. I need to work on my rear lat spread and my right bicep. Most of my legs and glutes I can hit pretty well. Abs I have to spend a bunch of time working on. Its fun, would recommend. I love trying shit out. Still working on my first position from ballet too. Would recommend reverse tabletop/crab pose/reverse plank too. You hear about glute bridges but they are the baby version of the real thing.

No training today. Just doing some muscle control, mobility, stretching, and yoga poses. I think I was just mostly dehydrated the post thanksgiving and it finally caught up with me. Tracking my water more closely now. Might have lost some kidney function but we will see after I get bloodwork done again and maybe another time after that. Lifting a lot always gives me fucked up bloodwork if I don't wait at least 3-4 days after lifting.

I did Deadlift again in long time of not doing it, Now my bodyweight is a lighter 74 kg.
I managed 220 kg once, I wanted to do a double but it wasnt there
I have maintained deadlift strength by using kettlebell swings with a 32 kg kettlebell.
Also I had deleted my previous youtube channel after smoking weed again in a mild psychosis
And I switched my PC to linux mint instead of windows good

You are referring to the proximal aspect of your knee.

This site is where the Sartorius tendon inserts into the tendinoligamental complex of the knee. The sartorius is the longest muscle in the body and is extremely important to squatting.

I would not be altogether that much worried about it. Do some isometrics.
