Just keep at it. Even if it feels like half assing sometimes. Keep going. Keep giving it your best for a given day. Ive been going to the gym for 10 years and Im pretty much always the biggest guy in the room. Time will pass either way so just spend 4 hours of it per week on training. Just do it. Youll be amazed where you end up.

I've been blackpilled for so long and I'm finally getting whitepilled a little. been lifting on and off for years but I ended up only 140lbs 5'11" 15% bodyfat. I guess I at least look a little athletic.

I locked in my routine and nutrition hardcore recently and gonna exhaust myself in the gym hardcore for the next 3 months, hoping I finally see some change since I'm eating better and with much more protein, much leaner too.

On a happier note, I bought a one piece shirt with a luffy design on it and even though it's a size too big, I fill out the top part of the torso decently well, and even the sleeves aren't excessively baggy. Maybe I don't have good genes for gaining, but I can at least look good.

>still only 1 cheat meal
Phase 3 (12 weeks)

The only true test is my girlfriend who is already demonstrating gains goblin tendencies. But if she gets in the way, she's cut.

1 year sober, was 50+ lbs too fat, started lifting for the first time since 201*, counted calories half the year, lost a bunch of fat, put on muscle because someone said I couldn't.

PR thread looks like cancer so I'll put this here, made in the last year
375x7 squat (I don't know 1rm, haven't even tried 385 yet). previously a few years back it was lowbar 335ish for 1. I did not progress well with low reps back then. Insane high rep squats did work (but no one believes I'm natty when I tell them numbers)
295x5 pretty decent rows from floor. Higher weights are so sloppy I don't feel like they count, even if rippletits might ok them
Not an official number, but found a new (very old) way to do shrugs and have been doing as many as possible at my squat weights. 10 or 13 or so at 375. Put a block under my heels because they were turning into calf exercises.
OHP dunno my records are fucked. Goal is bodyweight, I'm nowhere close yet.
1 hand barbell snatch 120 x 1. Goal is a pl8 for the hell of it, not sure after that.
