Do you eat peanuts?

It seems too good to be true. Whats the catch?

I never ate them growing up and I got a giant bag of them recently. 100g a day and thats 600+ cals, 25g protein.

I might start eating a fuck tonne of these every single day to reach my macro goals.

High calories are horrible though? Are you one of those retards who thinks he can't eat? Go for a run, you'll get hungry. Eat normal food, don't stuff yourself with calorie bombs.

Both whey and onions are garbage shit. Eggs, meat, dairy is where its at.
>>
>>76991250
Retard. There's nothing wrong with whey.
Egg, meat and dairy are obviously perfect but whey is fine and very useful for meeting protein goals while staying low on calories which wouldn't be as easily achievable without it.

Shut it Jew. Whey is a waste product, just like you are a waste product of your parents.

Can't believe people keep spouting this. Literally no difference in the real world.

>No significant difference was found between plant or animal protein for muscle strength

>To summarize, our data suggest that whey and pea proteins promote similar strength, performance, body composition, and muscular adaptations

High fat, which I dont have a problem with.

>Egg, meat and dairy are obviously perfect
PffffftttHAHAHAHA, the only perfect dairy is whey. Eggs meat dairy are too fatty and a hassle, whey is goated
>>
>>76991272
Yet the studies about animal vs plant products say otherwise. It's almost as if these "studies" your posted are counters funded by the supplement jews

Found the industry kike. We already had a thread where it was proven that you're shilling for cake powder, dressed up as whey.

None of the actual bodybuilders use this garbage.
>>

How about you actually analyze these studies instead of cherrypicking convenient lines devoid of context?
>>
>>76991203
massive amounts of kcal, that's the catch
>>
>>76991203
low quality protein btw
