how do I lose fat in my face? I'm pretty active and low-healthy bmi. My body is lean by my face is fat. I tried calorie-cutting, and tried running.

Fasting. If that doesn’t work surgery due to chemical imbalances in the face.

>Fasting.
Fuck, food deprivation makes me go crazy.
I'll try this out, but once I return to a normal diet will my face not return to normal?

Try eating more fibers before fasting. They make you feel fuller way longer.
>but once I return to a normal diet will my face not return to normal?
Depends on what your “normal diet” consists of. High sodium stuff, alcohol and bad sleep usually tends to be the problem. The fasting just “resets” your faces high salt levels (which causes it to retain water which makes the face to be so bloated and puffy compare too the rest of the body) so you can start clean with your new more “weight conscious” diet.

FUCK high sodium causes this? That explains it.
I also used to take a medical steroid that has high cortisol as a side effect.
Besides that, I don't drink alcohol and my sleep is good. I do drink a fuck tonne of tea though, for what that's worth.

you can try a protein sparing modified fast (PSMF), trace fats/carbs and lean protein sources for the entire day for about 800 - 1000 calories

you can look up lyle mcdonald / solomon nelson's video on rapid fat loss, they walk through the basics but it's the above + fish oil tablets and electrolytes when you're on it

Eat less. I went from 250 to 175, but my face didn't start changing until I got below 190. From 190 to 175, though it went from round to skeletal. It's weird, but your body seems to really like hanging on to far in certain places.

the issue is I'm 125lbs, last time I cut, it just came out of my muscles and I lost a lot of strength. I do wanna cut down to 110 lbs desu.

But thanks for your words, they're reassuring that what I need is to lose weight.

drink more water
stop eating salt
>>
Mewing, thumbpulling, lymphatic drainage massages
>>
Don't eat at night. Skip dinner to wake up thinner. No soda, sweets, or junk food.

it is important to note that the potassium:sodium ratio is also largely responsible for the water retention caused by sodium. if you already eat a normal amount of salt with whole foods try implementing a potassium chloride salt (found in most grocery stores and called no salt or salt alternative etc.) along with your normal salt or buy potassium chloride powder and combine it with water and sip on it periodically

Suction based mewing.
>>
>>76992750
its because of water retention. take potassium supplements

Could i not just eat a fuck tonne of bananas?

if you're fat then you need to get your bmi to normal levels first

there are some things that specifically bloat face like some drugs, allergies, frequent alcohol drinking. and very salty foods

try drinking a bit more water too during day. but those are it
>>

My bmi is 20.9, and that's mostly muscle.
I need to drink more water probably. Which alergies promote it? I have a dust alergy that keeps getting triggered recently
>>
>>76996298
yes that works but wont have as drastic of an effect although safer

it just histamine reacting in body, so any allergy can cause it.

the more histamine released the more inflammation in body. you can try otc anti-histamine.

it's pretty easy to tell if there is some kind of inflammation or allergy if you go to sleep and cant breath through nose with ease
>>
>>76996474
so this will go down after i stop having my allergy triggered?
>>
>>76996474
I have sinusitis, could that be it? I’m 24bmi and still have a bloated face, was leaner at 21bmi, I feel like it’s just body fat
