I think I pinched a nerve in my upper back. I have a lot of pain in my back, but also my shoulder and forearm, and on that side my thumb is almost totally numb. It's been a few days and the pain is a bit better, but I think the numbness is getting worse. Is this something that will get better on its own? wtf do I do?

>>76993413never vaxxed never tested
>>76993397>Is this something that will get better on its own?Hard to say for certain; could recover fully or degenerate into full paralysis.>wtf do I doFind a neurologist. Watch clinical trials if it escalates to Ronnie Coleman tier paralysis.
do you lift heavy regularly ie 1-6rm? I only see people regularly get physical problems "strength training" unless their basal str levels are that of an untrained female
>>76993530No, I did powerlifting for years and never had any problems like this. Now I do bodybuilding, never stopping before 7-8 reps. I've been training closer to true failure lately though, so training harder but not heavier.
>>76993397Hang from a bar, 1-2 minutes a day. find a way to do it where it isnt insanely painful, if it is.
>>76993573and try to relax when doing it, movin around a bit or try yogayou gotta do something to hinder it to kinda settle in like that
>>76993550>I did powerliftingdefine thisnumbness getting worse should be evaluated asap to prevent nerve damage
>>76993397There's something off with your discs - something's protruding. Don't panic. Buy a neck harness and attach a strong band to it.(This thing needs to be attached to something stable.) Then wear it and stretch your neck by slightly hanging. Additionally train your neck with light weights.
>>76993397Get your spine checked. Had back surgery and during the months of recovery had a number of instances where fingers went numb and tingly combined with weird feelings in shoulders and arms.It can fix itself, but nerves / discs take a notorious long time to sort themselves out and anything going numb is usually a bad thing.Talk to a doctor.
>>76993397called T4 syndrome.congrats dude you've got a mixture of kyphosis, winged scapula, or even potentially a pinched cervical nerve etc.
