You can add K2, magnesium, lugols iodine, cod liver oil, and every once in a while I do a niacin flush (nicotinic acid) but these are extra and optional.
If your taking glutathione or NAC make sure to take Glycine too

Usual/daily stack:

>B-Complex in the morning, really helps to wake up and gives energy needed to survive in this shitty world.

2000mg of NAC and 2000mg NMN a day also about 25000iu a day of D3 plus
Spermidine, Berberine, Inositol, TMG, Iodine, Beef Liver capsules, Boron, DIM, Magnesium, D3/K2, Ubiquinol, Sodium Butyrate, Geranylgeraniol, tudca, occasional Methylene Blue for 3 years.
Also no carbs, intermittent fasting, prioritising organic and grass fed everything, cooking at home 99.9% of the time.
About 6 months ago I found out about Pregnenolone and started using it. Could only find 100mg from life extensions. Started taking one in the morning and one at night. After the first tablet felt kinda dizzy but in a good way for a couple of hours then a little bit out of it for the rest of the day. Almost stopped, glad I didn't, because day 3 i felt like I was flying, focused, energised, confident.
I dropped my dose back to one capsule a day in the morning on my second bottle and just enjoyed life.
Fast forward to now. In Thailand on holidays with my girlfriend, decided to try get TRT because it's so easy here. Did my testsand got a huge shock.

But I know that’s bullshit and all that matters is the end result. No one cares about how you get to the goal as long as you get there, and from a for myself perspective I already did it once naturally.
Would it even be possible to say use this stuff to drop down to say 15% body fat stop using it maintain that weight for a while and then without any drugs finish the cut down to 10%? What about using it until I feel like maybe I would be used to eating less without issues like lightheadedness?
