I am a 19 y/o 5’6 147 lb female. I do not do any exercise at all because i spend all day in bed being a useless fat ugly retard. I want to get somewhat fit or just slightly muscular because my boyfriend has a muscle fetish and it makes me suicidal. I am willing to do anything except go to the gym because i am a socially anxious retard, but I will make any other lifestyle changes needed and i will eat the most tasteless disgusting slop if it means i can get somewhat fit. my only real goal is being able to have visible muscle when flexing my biceps because that is what gets my boyfriend hard.I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me advice on how i would achieve this? I would also greatly appreciate it if any advice given was worded in a way that a retard such as myself could understand because I have absolutely ZERO knowledge of ANY fitness terms and I had to look up what a rep was. >>76993831As some other anons said,Imo do kettlebells + calisthenics Depending on how often you want to work out and other factors there's different ways to structure your workouts.I'd say doing full body 2-3x a week is a good start, for that you would want each workout to hit (with example exercise)[muscles that are hit]:Horizontal press (push ups)[triceps and pecs]Vertical pull (pull ups, chinups)[back muscles, biceps on chinups]Vertical press (pike push ups, over head head kettlebell/dumbbell press)[shoulders, triceps]Horizontal pull (inverse bodyweight row, kettlebell/dumbbell row) [back, biceps depending on grip]Squat variation (goblet squat, kettlebell racked squat, lunges)[legs, emphasizes front and outer side (quads)]Hinge variation (kettlebell/dumbbell deadlift, ____ straight-leg/Romanian deadlift)[back of legs (hamstrings), ass (glutes)]If you do one of each category in a workout you will have hit the main muscle areas. You could do something like 3 or 4 sets of 5-12 reps (repetitions) each, for each exercise you choose. If you can't do pull ups at the start, get a calisthenics band for assistance.
