Starting strength+ accessories+ cardio to intermediate strength (check symmetric strength dot com)
Should be 3-6 months
Then cut on a repeating 3 day split that hits all the big lifts and arms and shoulders heavy at volume
Then you'll want to bulk for awhile and then cut again

In 18 months you can be juicy following these guidelines
