To an extent, yes.when I put 40 lbs on I look just like the guy on the right. When I lean out I look way better but I still dont look like the guy on the right. My jawline while wide isnt as developed vertically at the chinI think its also true in this example. The guy on the right can lose weight but his nose is still wider and more bulbous, his chin appears to lack verticality and likely projection if you saw his profile, his eyebrows arent as developed and his eyes arent as shiny, his lips are thinner and his hair is whispierThe guy on the left is more attractive in many ways but you could argue that the guy on the right would close the gap significantly if he was lean. It might go from a 4 point gap to 1-2.
