GUYS. Say if hypothetically I look like the guy in the left image. How long would it take me to get the physique of the dude in the right image assuming I'm training hard and consistently, eating and sleeping well and taking creatine every day? Does it also make any difference that I'm not new to the gym and have taken a few months off due to illness? Also is Upper/Lower a good split or should I do Push/Pull/Legs? Which is more effective and smarter?

the science based nerds are saying that creatine has no hypertrophy benefit, all it does is increases water retention in muscle which makes them appear larger which can be useful for motivation but don't take it thinking it's giving a magical increase in gains.

with perfect consistency of everything you are saying i would predict 2-4 years it largely depends on your genetics, if you have shit genetics its possible you won't look as good as him even with the same muscle mass. if you are younger and still going through puberty it may be more feasible with a shorter timeframe

>>Does it also make any difference that I'm not new to the gym and have taken a few months off due to illness?
no doesn't matter it's always linear progress even if you lost muscle you will gain it back faster than you initially got it

>>Also is Upper/Lower a good split or should I do Push/Pull/Legs? Which is more effective and smarter?
theoretically U/L, there are a million ways to skin a cat and you can do many things to get to the same end result so my personal advice would be to do whatever you enjoy more because its very likely you dont actually have the discipline to stay consistent so you need to make it as easy for yourself as possible

a tip i want to give you is to consume as much fitness content as possible. if fitness becomes a part of who you are it will be much easier and will just be a hobby you WANT to do. learn, watch, consume, do anything to feed your interest/passion YOU are the only one who has control and who can make a change nobody else

You're going to need a significantly better diet than baldie.

Who tf is saying that? Wow, “science-based lifting” has really jumped the shark. These fags will literally parrot any half-assed “study.”

its important to distinguish between the mike israetel jeff nippard sbl and chris beardsley tnf sbl im not a fan of the outcome-studycels either but chris beardsley has a pretty good explanation for why it doesn't benefit hypertrophy imo even though i still take it. to me it seems more realistic the effects of creatine were overhyped to sell and profit off it, kind of retarted that complete beginners worry about taking it

What if this is my current physique, how long would it take to get to the physique in OP?
>>
>>76995684
You will always look like the guy on the right because body dysmorphia will completely distort your eyes

What makes you say 6 months? That would be cool if true but seems too quick

Naturally, a new incarnation, because it's absolutely impossible for a man who has the genetics of left ever look like right without gear.
In fact, right it's impossible for most of the male population without gear, and even though some gifted guys CAN look like that naturally, the majority of guys with that body in real life are roiding.

With gear I don't know, 6 months like one anon said here sound way too short, but 1-2 years with the right amount of gear + diet/rest/gym should do.

Guy on the right is probably like 5' 10" around 170ish pounds with a decently low body fat and also a nice top down light. Its very achievable. You cant get his face likely but you could get a haircut and work out your jaw a few times a week.
Why does it matter how long it takes? If someone said 100 weeks instead of 10 weeks would you just give up?

If that kind of physique isn't possible natty then why even bother?

Top 10% genes aside, because there's a huge room for improvement if you are like left. Picrel for example, realistic natty limits for all but the bottom 10% genelets, and miles better than OP's left.
