Not sure where but I have this "hunter squat" routine video saved. I've been trying to do it recently and get completely stuck in all positions like pic rel, with my weight completely supported on a folded leg. I think I have pretty good hip mobility otherwise but I can't seem to figure out what is doing the supporting and moving in this position and it is quite uncomfortable. What can I do to get into and out of this position? I'm not a grappler or anything it just seems like a fun routine to do.

In my experience if everything else is ok, food, rest, etc, after returning to an exercise I stop getting DOMS after about a week or two if you have some frequency and the loading is gentle. So if you lift once per week you might be getting DOMS repeatedly, but maybe two or three times will get rid of that extreme soreness.

I have insulin its more wanting to avoid spiking. Even if I take insulin in the morning if I eat a bowl of oatmeal im gonna spike, it would be near unavoidable. It will go back down but its a very very long lifetime game and if I spike for an hour in the morning every morning that will add up over the decades, annoying. But ya I guess some cheese and ham/turkey is about my choices. Was just wondering if there was anything more interesting worth trying.

I was skinnyfat for sometime, so with proper diet I manged to lose 20 lbs, but now I'm skinny.
My goal is to get into otter mode or at least have some definition.
I thought by losing fat and working out I'd get some nice muscles, but I'm just skinny twig now.

Which is more accurate regarding body fat % measuring?
BMI or Army method?
Because BMI method put me at 16% while the army method put me at 11%.
But my adjusted FFMI is 18 so I know I'm more into the skinny side.
I'm asking because I want to get visible abs and adonis belt, and I thought you needed to cut sub 15% to get abs.
But I guess I cut too hard since I got no abs probably from the muscle loss as well.
Question: where do I go now? clean bulk and cut slowly? or is it just genetic lottery?
I'm just doing PPL program, and natty if that make a difference.

140lb lat pulldown 16 reps.

405lb leg press 16 reps.
140lb leg extension 16 reps.

I do more lifts, but those are some numbers.

I want to start working out at home but I have limited space. Would I be covered with just adjustable dumbbells + a bench + some form of cardio (probably a folding treadmill I can shove in a closet)?
Got any recommendations for specific equipment? I'm cheap but I'll spend extra if its going to last
