If you are not eating organ meat then you are not correctly following the carnivore diet and of course you are going to have problems.Carnivore REQUIRES you to eat organs and even bones in order to fully harness the benefits. Liver is not optional. Bone broth is not optional. While these are the main ones, you should also eat kidneys and even hearts.Different organs all have different nutritional profiles. If all you eat is chicken breast (which is terrible for micronutrients) then you are not doing carnivore right.

It's very common for people to do carnivore and eat too much lean meat and too very little fat. It's the #1 mistake.Forcing your body to depend on protein for energy causes serious health issues and is not sustainable long term.With every carnivore meal, there should be a 50/50 ration of protein and animal fat. Most cuts of meat are too lean, so including a few raw eggs or meat fat is basically mandatory. You can supplement fat with raw butter or raw dairy, but that can give problems to some.
