Should I keep going with my sets if I feel like I can eek out a few more reps but only with dogshit form? Or am I putting myself at too big a risk for injury and should call it once my form starts going to shit?

>>76996074For tracking progressive overload your form needs to be consistent. Do not count partial reps because they are not consistent. Partial reps due to failure is different from bad form. One is fine the other isn't, know the difference.I like doing a couple partial reps on back exercises like rows and also latteral raises, not so much on presses. The reason is in my experience things like presses is eeasier to get bad form to push out a rep instead of a proper partial rep.
