>Sudden rapid depression
>Heart feels heavier
>Tired all the time
>all appears at the same time
I basically feel all I do is sleep none stop and i've been putting on weight very quickly within a few months. I'm 36 and just trying to have any older anons give me any advice on what the hell is happening.
I've never taken a nap in my life and suddenly I have been having to sleep more every single day. Am I actually dying?

Check thyroid levels

Did a 5G tower get built near you? I had chronic fatigue even since a 5G tower was built in my area

This, but make sure it's T4, TSH, T3, rT3, and antibodies. Knowing only the first two can leave a lot of information out that would correctly diagnose your issue. Also look into the ankle reflex test for a quick and dirty estimate.

age related drop in T, but 1 year ago when tested does not show a drastic drop.

>>76996989
not thyroid or diabetes related, they check for that every 6 months. in fact simpler to say all bloodwork came back normal except slightly high cholesterol.

i mean that was like 8 years ago, but yeah
you can see it like a mile/two away or so from my house.

Who determines whats normal? If everyone is low testosterone that would be considered normal. (They) set the normal to be low, doctors consider 300 testosterone to be normal even though in the past it was triple that

who lied to you?

in 1980 testosterone levels for a 40 year old man were 400-600, in 1990 the same thing, in the 2000s, same thing, and now it's literally the same thing.
Are you somehow confused on the fact teenagers have skyrocketing testosterone levels and it drops to around 400 as you get closer to 40? average man did not go around at 40 years old with 1200. Mine showed up at 520 and i'm at that age range.

You're confusing peak level with constant average, peak level in your entire life is 900-1200 dude. it never goes that high again, that's why it's peak lmao

run at least a couple of days per week. activating your body and pumping blood everywhere every few days will change your body after a few months and make you feel extremely good and bulletproof. you'll notice the effects immediately, but it'll be difficult to go run consistently at first. in a few months it'll become effortless. you don't even have to run the entire way, you can take short walking breaks until you adapt to run longer.
>>
Yeah go running, start with 3 times a week as you are still young, run slow, don't force yourself, 30 mins can be enough
>>
Another vax casualty, sad.
