It feels like shit because he's supposed to elevate it to 20 degrees to get a better moment arm

Rant alert.
People claim this suffices because "the hands have no muscles".
But I disagree. When I work a lot with my hands, I get tired hand muscles. The day after I have sore hand muscles. And training hands (eg. squeezing tennis balls or whatever) always gives me better grip gains than just doing wrist curls.

So it's safe to say that the hands do have muscles and they need to be trained. Why do people insist this is BS?

Anybody who says this is unironically mentally retarded.

OP thinks forearm exercises are a waste of time cause he gets all his forearm gains from jerking off men for 16 hours a day

Full-body workouts when you're an advanced athlete and can actually pull over 500 lbs.

>found a fake rolex from 5 years ago
>try to put it on
>can't, forearm now too big for it

And that's all the evidence I needed that wrist curls and extensions work

That and Roger C's videos

If you think that doesn't work then you haven't been to the gym long enough.

There will come a point when your arms fail faster than your target muscle.

Every time I grinded this exercise I got hurt. First time I got of easy with a minor case of golfer's elbow that disappeared after less than 3 months. Second time I think I fucked my TLFC and it's still fucked after more than 2 years, I can't do regular underhand curls and some other stuff without pain. And I felt it never really grew my forearms. I got pretty strong at it btw, I guess my muscles can really outpace my connective tissue. I'm doomed to having bitch forearms forever.
