I’ve stopped exercising for a few years now and recently picked it back up. Did 3 sets of 15 push up, decline push ups and recline push ups. It has been almost a week but I’m still feeling sore ( abit better as the week passes ) and I have barely any energy to push up till now. I’m a very skinny 170cm 50KG person. Is there any way to recover faster or if I’m starting out too strong for someone without exercise for a long time?

For the first few workouts after so long and being very weak you shouldn't push yourself too hard as it will take too long to recover. Not training hard is pretty gay but you but a few times you can go hard. What makes the biggest difference for me though is to eat a huge amount of protein 24 hours after the workout, eat a lot of meat right after the workout, then before you start getting hungry again eat more meat
