I’ve stopped exercising for a few years now and recently picked it back up. Did 3 sets of 15 push up, decline push ups and recline push ups. It has been almost a week but I’m still feeling sore ( abit better as the week passes ) and I have barely any energy to push up till now. I’m a very skinny 170cm 50KG person. Is there any way to recover faster or if I’m starting out too strong for someone without exercise for a long time?
Creatine and glycine
does anyone know why i painfully pissed cum today?taking a diarrhea shit after a black cuppa, wiped, stood up and while standing i like to squeeze the last bit of piss from my urethra to prevent drippage but this time a prodigious amount of cum evacuated like a sneezed snot misfire followed by a painful burning sensation along the length of my cock lasting 5 minutes.stuff like this has happened before.had a random soft ejaculation during a deadlift, another time squeezing the piss out of my cock i must have pinched the cum sack which released a good amount after a healthy piss. thoughts?
>>76997093For the first few workouts after so long and being very weak you shouldn't push yourself too hard as it will take too long to recover. Not training hard is pretty gay but you but a few times you can go hard. What makes the biggest difference for me though is to eat a huge amount of protein 24 hours after the workout, eat a lot of meat right after the workout, then before you start getting hungry again eat more meat

>>76997218Not OP but I do exactly this combo. Well plus vitamins and minerals. Just thought it was interesting. Glycine seems pretty niche. Do you happen to also be aware of Ray Peat?
