These arms and shoulders will require heavy compound lifts like Overhead Press (OHP), training for intensity.
Junk volume and high reps does nothing because it trains different muscle fibers that do not grow as much in size.
You want to train the muscle fibers that are used for intensity and explosiveness, those are the ones that grow the most the fastest.
Intensity is king. The only people who disagree are drug addicts, whose muscles grow regardless of whatever they do from using roids.

Shoulder wise yeah, my shoulder are legit terrible both because my structure hinders their development, as opposed to op's pic which hint at longer clavicle and better insertion, and also because my pic doesn't display anglefraud, which definetely allows for better delt pictures.

This. I'm not joking when I say I have clinically low test levels, I think I could easily go into trt legally but I will never because NATTY FOR LIFE and I don't think you really need more muscle than that. It doesn't hurt but LEAN IS KING.

I used to look like this in 2025, now I’m a fatfuck, its kinda eye opening how important being lean is, I had random girls at the bus smiling at me everyday and trying to force eye contact and in 3 yrs of lifting I had a girl ask to work in with me on a machine, this pic I was 125lbs, am now 160lbs and women don’t even look my way, they avoid eye contact at all costs and I’m pretty much invisible.
I’m trying to lean out again because the benefits just outweighs being bloated with fuller muscles.
