I'm about to buy a dumbbell set from 20kg to 40kg for my home gym. So far I've only worked with a barbell. Which grip is better: Straight or round?
>>76997873I would vote for the contour.
>>76997873I can't stand the rounded handles.
>>76997873Straight handles suck
>>76997873Straight handles are best
>>76997913>>76997925>>76997927>>76997935why?
>>76997965Cause I said so. Plus, they are stinky.
They make dumbbell handles that take Olympic platesFound an example on google
Straight, unless the contour fits your hand properly which is unlikely given most dumbbells have thin grips; in that case it will just be clunky Unless you're a woman or manlet with small hands that is, but you're not under 6'2 I presume? If you are then ignore this reply altogether because I refuse to engage with leprechaun sub'humans'
>>76997873straight niggas vs gay niggas
>>76997982I almost got a pair of these but then I realized I'd need another set of <45lb plates if I want to use both at the same time. They're surprisingly expensive too, then again adjustable dumbells are stupidly expensive.
>>76997873contour/curvy handle actually feels worse for me and hits my calluses even harder than straightI have big monkey hands so I assume the contour is made for smaller handed individuals
>>76997965Go fuck yourself that’s why.
>>76997873How much?
>>76998266Straight handle 1 600€ (incl. shipping)Contour handle 1 440€ (incl. shipping)
>>76998320That's a lot. Have you considered a loadable o adjustable dumbbell
>>76998333>buy once>cry onceOnly financially multicultural (the poors) and retards resort to cheap alternatives
>>76998556>he thinks greater cost is synonymous with quality I don't know why you're even asking which is the better grip, the prices speak for themselves lol. Make sure to put premium in your Maserati.
Contour handles are cheap chink shit. Straight handles are thr best and they are found on every single high end dumbbells.
