I'm getting back in the gym. Havent worked out since early 2022.

When I stopped:

5"9
250lbs
20 something body fat %
Not natty
Could bench 300lbs for 30 reps
Squad 300+ for 30+ reps too

I trained some retarded regimes such as GVT and STGVT nonstop. Was pretty fun but after 5 years I was worn down. Needed a long rest since everything was hurting and I just quit instead.

Getting back to it now.

Currently at 200lbs, 30% something bf.

No clue what I can even bench or squat.

Going to be starting out with a typical push pull. 6 workouts a week. 3200kcal. 200g of protein, 500g something of carbs.

I'll be staying natty so sups will be: creatine, PWO and nitrate supplement.

What can I even expect from this? Is muscle memory even a real thing?

Yes muscle memory is a real thing. Just don't push yourself hard. If you feel like you need a long break just switch routines. Eat, lift, sleep, repeat
