so i just started the program, been lifting on and off for a year, kinda doing whatever felt good.
as of now my main lifts are as follow:
ohp 90lbs x5
bench 135 x5
squat 135 x5
deadlift 225 x5

my question is: what do i do now that i cant squat more than i bench? do i just stop benching for a while?
wwyd in my situation?

Sounds like you don't know how to properly valsalva or proper hip/knee position
Knees and hips should be forward with knees out so you can stay upright
Half of getting stronger is just doing it so id go for 140 and so on
