I am trying to follow a proper structure now, instead of just showing and doing random shit.
What does /fit/ think?

deadlift twice a week is overkill, unless you're going lighter on one of the two days. it won't kill you or anything but the point of diminishing returns is very low with heavy deadlifts.

Also that much cardio might get boring and/or throw off your recovery.

Otherwise it ticks every box as far as general muscularity and strength would go.
More rigorous periodization would be better if strength is the priority. But assuming you just want to be healthy and look good naked this is fine.

Just be wary of overtraining or under recovering, be ready to modify variables a ton as you adapt and figure out what keeps you lifting.

Tl:DR cut one of the deadlifts out and chillmaxx a lil
