When you go to the gym to work out, how long do you spend there? Half hour? 45 minutes? An hour?
>>76999371I stay until I get a tight pain in my chest and my arms get numb
>>76999371I home gym and walk/run around local parks/grassy areas instead, but yeah typically in the 30-60 minute range per workout, bout 5-6 days a week.
i use my home gym. my workouts are between 30mins up to 50ish mins depending on what i'm doing that day. i've been told the reason commercial gym workouts last so long is due to having to share everything with others. sounds like an awful way to train
Exactly two hours. 90min liftan 30min cardio. Rest days 30min liftan 60min cardio.
>>76999371I don't go to gym and I don't lift, I also don't run or do cardio
>>76999371Trying to cut down to 165 from 200, so I'm doing an hour of exercise bike and book reading or sudoku after my workout. My lifting usually takes about 45-60 minutes. So all told, I'm spending about 2 hours a day in the gym.20 lbs to go.
>>769993711-3 hours depends on my moodI play slay the spire there while training forearms or doing cardio
>>76999387My commercial gym training days are around 2-3x as productive. Being surrounded by dudes you despise and thots who despise you in an environment that looks like a dystopian torture chamber forces you to lock in, at home I get distracted by cats, nature the majestic sky, going to the bathroom or to the kitchen.

4 hours to do full body 4x8 for every body part all in one day, so that I can retreat to my NEETcave to recover and don't have to go back to gym for 2 or 3 days. Is this suboptimal compared to part splits? Or is the only reason for body part splits because normies are too busy being wageslaves to have the time or the mental strength to work out for 4 hours straight?
>>76999371Around 45 min - 1 hour. I don't workout though, I just loudly edge in the bathroom (in the handicap stall ofc, fuck fatties) until gym staff threaten to call the police. I have a large rotation of gyms I do this at, by the time I've reached the last gym on the rotation the first gym has normally forgotten about me.
45 minutes to an hour
>>76999371once a month i pick up my weights for about 5 minutes. 3 sets of babby weights for 10 reps. i look better than 90% of the people i see on the street by doing this, the laziest of routines. lately i've been seriously considering doing a bit more.

15 minutes at home, if I went to a gym it would probably be 30 minutes
>>77000140just do one set per exercise twice a week to failure
>>769993711.5 hoursi'm a lazy SOB and rest a lot between sets, i also do probably more warm-up than i need to
About an hour, Hou an a half if I finish with cardio
>>76999371less than 40 minutes.I don't care what other say, my body get me pussy and that's good enough for me.I'm just doing a modified version of SS with Row instead of power clean.I'm sticking to it, and the current weights since I'm actually liking what I've got.
>>77000348Also I'm doing superets too to shorten my time in the gym.
>>769993713 hours
>>77000351post routine cuz I am too lazy to figure out what you mean
>>76999371I took Pavel Tsatsouline's advice and I keep my workout time around 40-45 minutes. With a home gym that means supersets, and also I use a stop watch so I begin a superset every 4 minutes, so I do 10 supersets during each workout. Otherwise I follow the 5 x 5 x 5 logic.
15 min then a month off
>>76999454>30 min cardio What do you do just walk or what?
>>76999371About 45-60 on the workout itselfPlaying OSRS on my phone between sets, just got 97 sailing
>>76999371homegym masterrace 44yo and try to keep my gym session between 30 and 45 mins
>>7699937145 to 1 hr
>>76999376pianapilled
around 75 min most of the time
>>77001404Put on a HR monitor and do whatever at 150 or below. The exercise depends on how my calves knees and lower back are feeling thankfully commercial gyms like the one I go to go overboard with the cardio machines.
>>76999371>When you go to the gym to work out, how long do you spend there?I walk to my local gym and back which is around 10 minutes each way, followed by at least 1 hour and up to 90 minutes of actual working out, with another 10-20 minutes on massage chairs or hydro beds and the time necessary for showering and changing makes each session around 2 to 2 and half hours a day, which I typically do 4 times a week taking Wednesday and the weekend off.
