The funny thing is no amount of stopping androgens post-puberty and pumping yourself full of literal estrogen will ever give you "feminine features". Feminine features are almost entirely the result of a lack of androgens during puberty. Ftm transgender hormone therapy is wildly more successful than the reverse for that reason. Mtfs need surgery. The only exception is breast growth but you need to have very high estrogen for it.
