>>76999807I have tried cutting down my fat intake under 20g a day, I can go up to 3 days basically eating rice, sugar, fruit, cola and a little low-fat milk with coffee. After that I just feel like death and need to eat high fat cheese again to feel normal.Naturally lean people could eat whatever they wanted with counting macros, because their thyroids were healthy. I prefer just focusing on avoiding PUFA than going crazy by cutting out all fat.
