Apparently if you eat 500g of sugar every day you can get the same effects as if you were injecting igf-1 or gh, this shit makes ur metabolism so fast it’s like being natty but on gear.

I have tried cutting down my fat intake under 20g a day, I can go up to 3 days basically eating rice, sugar, fruit, cola and a little low-fat milk with coffee. After that I just feel like death and need to eat high fat cheese again to feel normal.
Naturally lean people could eat whatever they wanted with counting macros, because their thyroids were healthy. I prefer just focusing on avoiding PUFA than going crazy by cutting out all fat.
