Which form of cardio should I do to interfere with muscle growth the least?I've been doing 12/3/30 on the treadmill at least 4 hours after my lifting up until now. But, I've read that the elliptical distributes effort more evenly making it less impactful.The goal is bulking as much as possible while staying as lean as possible.

Less impact full? The impact is one of the reasons running is so advantageous. Signals to the body to strengthen and reinforce joints and tendons, plus a strong HGH response.
