Lets hear them.
>>77000616I buy a jar of pickle chunk (dilly bites), I eat about four of those after a work out. Chatgpt says the vinegar hitting your mouth causes your brain to reset it's cramp mechanics or whatever, so it almost immediately stops cramping and the electrolytes help your muscles not cramp in the near future. When I combined that with doles sliced bananas covered in dark chocolate, I would never have cramps or doms the next day or two. Bananas and Dark Chocolate are good for healing, and the potassium helps balance the sodium from the pickles. Both are relatively low calories, pickles are 5 cal a chunk, juice is 0 cal, bananas are 100 cal for a pack of 4/5 slices.
>>77000616Tylenol unironically hurts your recovery LISS cardio post workout will always be the best way to enhance your recovery rate outside of eating only real food in the proper macro distro
>>77000616Make sure your diet is on point, High quality carbs, proteins and fats. Consume enough fiber. No inflammatory slop.Best bang for your buck trick is maximizing sleep efficiency. Do before bed-Mobility, just look up a night time mobility walk through on youtube. Take before bed- DYOR. >Magnesium glycinate>Magetin>Glycine >Concentrated tart cherry juiceWear when sleeping>Ear plugs>Eye mask / heavy duty black out curtains (if you have both great)>Mouth tape to promote nasal breathing>Cold roomI know the wearables sound like an autistic overkill but it genuinely makes a difference. Honorable mentions:>sports / thai massage>sauna/ cold plunge>blue light blocking glasses
>>77000662I have read that blue light from screens is bad for you, like if you have a desktop background with something blue like the sky and you spend a couple of hours on the computer before you go to sleep it would handicap your recovery.
>>77000616I eat a high carb diet. We all know carbs are amazing for recovery.Other than that I sleep alot and when I can't sleep anymore I just lie down the entire time. It sounds lazy but it's a hack to speeding up recovery. Also try socializing. It lowers stress which is essential to recovery. I don't really socialize much other than maybe with my family or sometimes on 4chan.You should socialize every chance you get.

>>77000662>>Mouth tape to promote nasal breathingKek that's like putting superglue on a broken windshield. The issue was never mouthbreathing itself
>>77000662>Cold roomI get cold feet when its too cold
>>77000616Two spoonfuls of real olive oil and one of apple cider vinegar, helps me anyway

>>77000922are you just perpetually nervous during the winter then?
Nothing works. When I was dumb and actually did legs I was sore for probably ten years straight
>>77000616channeling the soreness into a day long moan
>>77000616yoga classes on my off days really made a difference for me. my joints would feel amazing afterwards. also hot chicks in yoga pants bending over inches from my face boosted my test
>>77000616Sleep
>>77000616A day off and a hot showers in a.m. and p.m.Drink two cuppa covefe and do yard work or walk as soon as you get up. This stimulates you to take a good shit. Empty bowels. Drink lots of water. Ice tea you brew yourself in a sauce pan. No sugar in covefe or tea.
Not like normal workout recovery advice. I have bad shoulders from teenage injuries that didnt heal quite right and I've had to deal with joint/tendon pain from time to time.I take a sock full of rice and microwave it till its hot to make a hot pad and keep that on the area as much as possible, as hot as possible. Heat helps stimulate blood flow in the area and speed up healing. Proper sleep is the best medicine though but heating it up while your awake will help cut down your healing time and help keep it from interfering with your sleep if you ever tweak your shit.
>>77000616Small surplus, sunlight, raw pasture eggs, deenz in olive oil, sleep 8-9 hours a night, pray to the Lord, good posture, adequate protein, more sleep
>>77000616Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) significantly boost muscle recovery by providing the building blocks (all 9 essential amino acids) needed to repair exercise-induced muscle damage, stimulating muscle protein synthesis (MPS) to rebuild fibers, reducing soreness (DOMS), preserving lean mass, and fueling prolonged activity, making them ideal post-workout or during fasted training for faster recovery and better performance. Muscle Repair: EAAs supply the necessary amino acids (like Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) to repair microscopic tears in muscle fibers from workouts.Protein Synthesis: They activate pathways (like mTOR) that trigger MPS, the process of building new muscle tissue.Reduces Soreness: By speeding up repair, EAAs help decrease post-exercise muscle pain and inflammation (DOMS).Prevents Muscle Loss: They help limit muscle breakdown during intense or prolonged exercise, protecting lean mass.Energy & Fatigue: EAAs can be used as fuel during workouts, delaying fatigue and supporting performance.
Antioxidants help exercise recovery by fighting inflammation and muscle damage from exercise-induced oxidative stress, aiding in repair and reducing soreness,Neutralize Free Radicals: Intense exercise creates Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) that damage cells; antioxidants neutralize these, protecting muscle integrity.Reduce Inflammation: They help calm the inflammatory response, a natural part of muscle repair.Lessen Soreness: By reducing damage and inflammation, antioxidants can decrease Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).

>>77000616More rest days.no, literally, try a few weeks of 2-3 days between intense workouts, thank me later.
>>77000616Well if I do some stretching and go on the bike for 20 minutes before leg day my soreness only seems to be 3 days instead of 4 or 5. If you're actually training hard nothing is gonna prevent soreness, it's just something you have to live with. A 4pl8 clean squat is gonna kill off your legs for a few days regardless of what you do. All you can do is warm up right, eat right, and sleep enough.Tried BCAAs, they do nothing. Tried pretty much every natural supplement and none did shit. I've never taken steroids but I'm sure they're the only way to really enhance recovery. also taking Tylenol for doms is retarded lmao
