My right knee's been getting weaker with each session for over a month now and it feels buzzy every now and then. I'm not doing my squat movements outside of a few very light front squats twice a week, but in case this break doesn't help it recover either, is there anything else I should do before trying physiotherapy? I just really don't want to be told to not do ANYTHING quad/knee flexion dominant, I have a hard time catching back up from long breaks due to just how quickly I get weak.
>>77000787knees over toesI originally started doing it years ago when my right knee always started hurting after squatsI only do the routine once every few months now but my knees haven't hurt sincehttps://nutleyfc.co.uk/onewebmedia/documents/Knees%20over%20Toes%20guy.pdf
>>77000787take a week off you dumb nigger
>>77000787Take a week off then start doing squats lol.
>>77000795I RELIGIOUSLY do deep ATG squats with lots of knee forward movement, it's the main reason I've never gotten injured on any lower body movement :3. I'll still check out the routine tho, maybe there's something interesting I should incorporate.>>77000796>>77000821Ion wanna get weak at least lemme do light squats
>>77000795I did if for 3 months. Seems to help, but knees still click and running anything over .5 miles starts issues. I used to run 5 several times a week. But at least I can deadlift.I can't do the weird lean-back pistol squat thing without it feeling like shit. The forward-knee lunge thingy really seems to help. All the toe raises / reverse toe raises are ok. Bent knee toe raises are ok too. I am on month 4.If anyone has any advice, I will take it, I want to run.
>>77001190>can't do the weird lean-back pistol squat thing without it feeling like shit.if you're talking about the "patrick step" (idk why the fuck he calls it that, I know it as a poliquin step up) you can try doing it with the back foot elevatedI also recommend this channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyHT_Nw1xmche has a few different videos on knees you could look forI've never used his knee videos, but I've watched him for rotator cuff issues and lower back pain and had good results with his stuff both times

>>77001328np lad, good luck and whenever you do recover, remember: ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure or whatever
