My legs get tired before my cardio is even tested when I'm on the exercise bike. I feel like my cardio could do an hour but my legs are struggling after 20 minutes. Is there any way to fix this?

get good at cardio

Adjust the seat to proper height. If it's too low my quads get exhausted very quickly.

Pedal faster, lower the resistance. 90 spins per minute (180 strokes) is the standard cadence.

Reduce the resistance, idiot.
Also try different seat and handle positions >>77000990
