The vast majority of soi products are infamously low quality, and even most of the nicer ones have lots of problems. The good ones are fermented and are excellent supplements to your diet but aren't terribly realistic as mainstays. I feel good about eating nattō a few mornings a month, but more than that would get old real fast.
