Anons, i'm gonna share with you some esoteric knowledge on how to make your workouts more enjoyable then ever, as well as always keeping mood high.
The substance required is called Naltrexone. It's an opioid receptor antagonist. Your body produces most of endogenous opioid peptides during sleep. If you take the substance before sleep in dosages ranging from 1 to 10mg (better start with 1-3mg and then up the dosages), your body will upregulate number of opioid receptors and synthesis of endogenous opioids. When you wake up you will feel elevated mood, and your lifting sessions will feel a lot more fun, because during intense physical activity your body produces a lot of opioids to which you are now highly sensitive.
The adaptations last up to 1 to 2 weeks after you stop taking the substance, but physical exertion and pain (as from cold showers) will make it last longer. You can take it forever. It has no side effects and in fact has anti-aging effects.

I just scream into a mirror every night about being lonely and rejected all my childhood and teenage years leading to irreversible mental scars and missed experiences in the one life i'll ever have in order to downregulate my dopamine receptors so that my morning lifts are heightened.
