Hello saars.What are the best snake oils out there I could benefit with?I've been diagnosed with some genetic mutations which probably cause the depression, and my doctor prescribed me Folate L-Methylfolate 1700 mcg.So, before I make the order, what else would you recommend to purchase and what brand? Maybe Zinc? Magnesium? Well?
Are you deficient in zinc? Probably not. magnesium most likely, potassium most definitely, iodine most likely, K2 most likely, vitamin D most likely, selenium possibly. Take folate, see about your other B vitamins as well and increase vegetable/fruit consumption for natural Folate, it’s the one B vitamin you barely get from meat. I cant recommend a specific folate source but see about organically derived. I try to avoid supplements with that stearate shit in there. So look for a different brand Thats organic folate/methylated and just cellulose capsule that Doesnt have other shit in it, and look for a magnesium form that doubles as a sleep aid like magnesium glycinate and take 100-200mg/day (before bed)
