What if instead of doing 2 sets for 5 exercises in a lifting session you did 10 sets of 1 exercise and really went hard at those sets?

german volume training is a meme
there is no additional success in anything beyond 7 sets in a day
therefore instead of 10x10 just do 7x7-10

anon youve just become enlightened. the less variations you do at a time the better. focus on one or two movements per muscle if you want to really progress, and then you can switch them to others every few months
>>
you get dimishing returns from volume and you won't be able to do 10 sets if you actually do them all hard
