What’s more important for a farmers carry, distance or weight?

How many sets/reps do you do?

Can you do them every day?

Is there a better forearm exercise?

>What’s more important for a farmers carry, distance or weight?
weight * time
>How many sets/reps do you do?
i did 3-5 'sets' based on time, reps doesn't really make sense in the context of the exercise. i think i went for 45-60 seconds each
>Can you do them every day?
no, it wouldn't be ideal for muscle growth and farmer's carries are also pretty full-body and taxing, so you can't do it all the time.
>Is there a better forearm exercise?
definitely. wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, wrist roller

protip, look at what arm wrestlers do
