I work out 6 days a week. Cardio and lifting and yet I still have severe ADHD that makes me incapable of doing basic tasks. I'd stare at a wall for 8 hours before doing the most simple task. How do I cure this?William James>He procrastinated. As he told one of his classes, “I know a person who will poke the fire, set chairs straight, pick dust specks from the floor, arrange his table, snatch up a newspaper, take down any book which catches his eye, trim his nails, waste the morning anyhow, in short, and all without premeditation–simply because the only thing he ought to attend to is the preparation of a noonday lesson in formal logic which he detests.”

you'll be able to focus one day, it's just a matter of changing perspective. you'll get bored of working out, trust me. keep doing it if it is fun. lifting is like a brain workout anyways. one day you'll stop and your iq will be enourmous
