How to do effective calisthenics shoulder exercises? I can hit every muscle group in my body to an acceptable level except my shoulders. I'm not strong enough to do handstand push ups

kick up to handstand against a wall 3x5 each leg, try to touch the wall as little/lightly as possible with your toe
back to wall handstand holds for 10x10sec
chest to wall handstand holds for 10x10sec
bent arm press to headstand 5x3, work up to 2x10
chest to wall handstand with your hands further away from the wall but slide your feet down to your chest and back up 3x4 reps, work up to 2x10

be wary of making a banana shape with your body. banana handstand = bad and harder to fix later.
