Stretching.I have yet to be convinced that stretching does anything, and if you are just going to waste 15 minutes stretching might as well not bother.There are other things like being on a phone talking loudly or putting water bottles on machines you arent even using because you just like sitting there. Hard to say because I barely notice what anyone else is doing at all, but one is when other people are taking up equipment I want to sue, but like for no reason. Main example is the treadmills, there are a shit load of treadmills, but there is one big treadmill that can do like a 45° incline. People always take that one, I guess because it's different than the rest so they feel special, then proceed to use it flat. Any of the other treadmills would suit their usage perfectly, but those other treadmills don't do better than like a 20° incline so they're useless for my purposes.
