Been debating making some changes to my cut strategy. My current strat is:
>1672kcal, Protein: 30% Fat: 35% Carbs: 35% for as long as I can take it (usually ~2 weeks)
>2103kcal, P: 30% F: 35% C: 35% once I cave for a week or two before going back
I'm wondering if I shouldn't lower the percentage on either my fat or carbs and increase my protein percentage during the super heavy cut phases. I'm at about 245, 25% bf, down from 260 around this time last year.
